Volleyball Coaching Staff

Amanda brings an incredible amount of experience and volleyball knowledge to our program.

Coach Schultze is entering her 14th season as the Head Volleyball Coach at Northeast Community College, where she has led the Hawks to multiple NJCAA Division II National Tournament appearances, Region Championships, and was named District C Coach of the Year in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Before coaching, Amanda was a standout collegiate athlete. She played setter at Central Community College, where she earned both Athletic and Academic All-American honors, before continuing her career at Morningside College as a libero and helping the Mustangs make two trips to the NAIA National Tournament.

Amanda also spent three seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Wayne State College, helping the Wildcats to three straight NCAA Regional appearances.

With experience as both a high-level player and successful collegiate coach, Amanda brings a tremendous understanding of player development, team culture, and what athletes need to continue progressing through each level of the game.
